Summer Wrestling Sessions
Summer training starts June 2, 2026 and runs through August 5, 2026.
Depending on final numbers, we are going to try to run youth, middle school, and high school together.
Please note: You will need to complete the Registration Form and Waiver Form (if you haven't already) to be fully registered. Payment can be made by using the Donate button, sending a Venmo payment to @kara-pharis, or paying via cash or check. All payments need to be received prior to the start of the first practice.

Memberships
*Sibling discount begins when 3 children in the same family are enrolled.
If 3 or more wrestlers in the same family are enrolled, Members 3, 4, 5, etc will receive a 50% off discount on all their membership fees.
MEET OUR COACHES
Wyatt Turnquist
Tuesday Sessions
Wyatt is the Assistant Wrestling Coach at Northern State University. He will run practices on Tuesdays from 6 – 7:30pm.
Damen Pape
Thursday Sessions
Damemn is a 4X High School medalist, 3X Finalist, 2X Nebraska State Champ, High School record of 2024; Fargo All-American, 2X Preseason National Champ, 4-year D1 wrestler at Northern Colorado, and 2 Year D2 wrestling at Northern State University. He will run practices on Thursdays from 6 – 7:30.
