HYGIENE AGREEMENT:
I agreed to abide by the Sniper Wrestling Academy hygiene rules
which are as follows:
My child will wear clean clothes for, and bathe after, every practice.
If my child has a possible skin infection, I will notify SWA coaches immediately.
If my child has a skin infection, I will follow the directive given to me by SWA.
NOTE – REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID ON DAY OF REGISTRATION
AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
